Catalyst Developments Pty Ltd is not a property developer, but rather, a “catalyst” to assist others to develop properties together. Understanding the large rewards of property development, and also the high costs involved, our purpose is to match like-minded buyers together to share the development costs, whilst reaping the rewards of subdividing and building property. Currently, property developers are taking large risks for high returns, and the end-product consumer is paying a high retail price, often set by the developer. Through our "Buyer Matching" system, which involves pre-qualifying each participant's finances, now there's a way for buyers wanting a brand new home to join forces to "divide & conquer" together. First home buyers, downsizers, and investors can now come together to buy wholesale in their preferred locations and customise their new home.
