Receive email confirmation from Catalyst Developments that you’re a match with other finance-qualified buyers, and review their profile.

Each buyer’s finances are pre-qualified by a mortgage broker. Your ability to buy and build to a certain price amount is confirmed.

Each buyer now confirms their willingness to be matched to each other. Pay a “Buyer Matching Fee” to be matched and introduced to your future neighbours and building partners.
